Regarding package safety, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, package theft is a growing issue everywhere, but we do offer solutions to help protect your deliveries. Residents are welcome to:

Have packages delivered directly to the leasing office during business hours for secure pickup.

Request deliveries to be placed inside our package lockbox when available.

Use delivery services that require signature confirmation or Amazon Hub/UPS Access Point options.

Please know that we do not have a property-wide mice infestation,... but whenever a pest issue is reported, we schedule professional pest control immediately and continue service until the issue is fully resolved. We take these matters extremely seriously, and we would like to address your concerns directly and promptly.

We also apologize if your prior concerns—such as a neighbor’s balcony, flooring, or HVAC resets—were not communicated back to you. That is not the communication standard we strive for. If you can kindly contact the leasing office, we will review your work orders and ensure that any pending items are handled right away and that a follow-up inspection is completed to verify everything is resolved.

Regarding maintenance response times and renovations:

Renovations vary by unit type, and we strive to be transparent about each apartment’s features prior to move-in.

Maintenance is committed to completing work orders as quickly as possible, and we are happy to reassess any repairs that may need correction.
