Great Starter Apartment

I had no pest issues while living here the past two years. It’s fairly quiet and management is super helpful! The only thing I wish these apartments had were in unit washer dryer. Please buy a ring camera, people steal packages unfortunately.

We understand the desire for in-unit washers and dryers, and while our current building layout does not support them, we are always reviewing potential upgrades for the future.

Regarding package safety, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, package theft is a growing issue everywhere, but we do offer solutions to help protect your deliveries. Residents are welcome to:

Have packages delivered directly to the leasing office during business hours for secure pickup.

Request deliveries to be placed inside our package lockbox when available.

Use delivery services that require signature confirmation or Amazon Hub/UPS Access Point options.

Mice issue

Please do not move here!!!! The apartments look nothing like the pictures they have posted. Not all apartments are renovated and they only thing renovated about the apartment is the kitchen appliances. There is currently a horrible mice infection in certain buildings and they have done nothing about it. I have also complained about a neighbor having nasty piles of garbage on his balcony and never got a response back. The floors are horrible they have dips and creak, the carpet is matter and… never changed. The hvac system always shuts off and has to be reset and they are raising everyone’s rent to an unreasonable price, especially since we do not have any amenities. No pool, no playground, nothing. Just a small fenced in area they call a dog park. Maintenance never wants to fix anything or they find a cheap way to fix it and they take days to come fix an issue when a work order is placed. I want to move so bad, this mice infestation has my anxiety on edge.

Please know that we do not have a property-wide mice infestation,… but whenever a pest issue is reported, we schedule professional pest control immediately and continue service until the issue is fully resolved. We take these matters extremely seriously, and we would like to address your concerns directly and promptly.

We also apologize if your prior concerns—such as a neighbor’s balcony, flooring, or HVAC resets—were not communicated back to you. That is not the communication standard we strive for. If you can kindly contact the leasing office, we will review your work orders and ensure that any pending items are handled right away and that a follow-up inspection is completed to verify everything is resolved.

Regarding maintenance response times and renovations:

Renovations vary by unit type, and we strive to be transparent about each apartment’s features prior to move-in.

Maintenance is committed to completing work orders as quickly as possible, and we are happy to reassess any repairs that may need correction.

I’m enjoying it so far!

I just recently moved in. Only been here for a few months but I love it here! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because upon arrival I had a few issues, but the property manager was quick to send someone out to repair the problems. It was just an inconvenience to me sometimes. Other than that, it’s pretty quiet and inexpensive. Definitely nice if you’re looking for something temporary (1-2 years)

Awful

Dont live here. Nothing ever gets fixed. If your AC breaks in the dead of summer, good luck ever getting it to run properly. If your heat won’t work in the dead of winter, I hope you have a ton of blankets. They’re raising rent $100 simply because they’re planting more trees and making the grass greener.

Maintenance has improved immensely!!!

Great place to live. There has been ton's of improvements since we moved in. The new owners and maintenance has been non stop around the clock making the apartment complex a beautiful place to live. Would 100% recommend to live here.
