Roaches!
Beware, this entire building is infested with roaches. The management company are NASTY to you if you even mention it and if you’re remotely late with rent no matter the reason, they will hit you with astronomical fees and take you to court, and make you pay their attorneys fees on top of that! Poorly maintained apartments, everything is just painted over. Floors are uneven. The worst!
