Do not live here

I have seen and heard terrible things about this place. No parking. thin walls you can hear every move your neighbors make. Garbage and stench in hallways and elevators. Maintenance won't show up after hours no matter the problem. They won't even answer the after hours line. Not to mention management thinks emails solve every problem. So basically nothing is enforced. Hope you heed the warning. If not. Good luck.

NO PARKING and THIN WALLS

NO PARKING - community has absolutely limited parking and management did very little to fix. Please ask details about PARKING before you sign.
THIN WALLS - built quality is absolutely cheap, you can hear your neighbors loud and clear.

I lived here for a year and would not recommend anyone signing a lease. Management is nice but extremely ineffective, don’t get carried away because they are nice.
