Wouldn’t recommend
Building is unkept and looks rundown. The prices that they’re charging aren’t worth it but ppl are desperate and inventory is very low right now so they’re going to convince ppl. Moved out Feb 28th, did my walk through with the old property manager Tracy and was told that I would receive my security deposit right away. It is now July ppl soon will be August and I have no security deposit! Be prepared to be giving the run around. I am at the point where I’m just going to go to court to handle… this. Will update you guys.
