We love our apartment and the lovely amenities at Rutherford station. The only complaint is how often our unit requires maintenance. We have had several issues with appliances and plumbing. Maintenance and staff is always very attentive to maintenance requests and have provided us with timely action where ever we needed it.

Personally, we are getting ready to move out. Not thrilled with our apartment, and the community was a bit cold toward us. Very few would say hi... let alone a smile. Excited to move on.
