Great location (if you’re not living by the railroad tracks the sound levels are very tolerable), some of the appliances are older, but overall it’s a great place to rent

I have been at Rutherford Station for about 7 years. You can't beat the location!
Major highways and busses and trains are very accessible. I can walk to many different restaurants and to anything I need.

Greetings neighbors, this is an amazing community with great management and friendly people. I’ve lived here for a little over 5 years and it’s been a pleasure meeting and hanging out with the neighbors in the courtyard and lounge. Sometimes I go to the courtyard to just relax and enjoy the weather and some neighbors come to join me and the next you know we’re firing up the grill and playing music. #greatmemories

We love our apartment and the lovely amenities at Rutherford station. The only complaint is how often our unit requires maintenance. We have had several issues with appliances and plumbing. Maintenance and staff is always very attentive to maintenance requests and have provided us with timely action where ever we needed it.
