Been living here since 2024 and really do enjoy it. Location is very ideal. Apartments are decent, balconies are huge! Maintenance is very responsive and Kelli (manager) is helpful and very customer service oriented. Laundry facility is well kept and now is 24/7 which was a huge improvement. My only complaint is the parking lot - lots of dangerous speeding but otherwise would recommend!

Entrance Door Lock My entrance main door lock was malfunctioning. The maintenance crew swiftly attended to my complaint. The replaced the locks on the main door, handed me a pair of keys!
The Supervisor/Manager of the maintenance team was great. He has great knowledge and is very courteous!

Reported broken shower door was fixed the next day in the morning. Maintenance was here about 10- 15 minutes
