Cypress Gardens

Cypress garden is definitely a place to call home, I'm living here since one year and I must say I'm comfortable, rested, and when you think about tenants who respect each other space and privacy, it's at Cypress garden. Everything is clean place is always well kept, workers are respectful and on time when you have a problem and need to get somthing fixed, John is a excellent worker he treat people as he would love to be treated. Cypress garden is a stress free environment they are responsible... for everything even cleaning the snow from you steps and walk way. I truly have no complain just lost of gratitude especially to Donna for her hard work and respect for each person who sees her, she's the best! You will not loose of living there give them a try. Mom has been there for over 15yrs, John is great the other 2 maintenance men are ok. Noisy neighbors., aggressive dogs, parking is horrible. Mom has no car but some neighbors have five or six. Multiple people living, and one bedroom apartment. Attention has been brought to property Manager. Nothing gets done. Glad to be moving out. October 1.

Put in an application WEEKS ago and have sent multiple follow up emails as well as call’s and we’ve been ignored everytime.

Pros:
-Main office staff is attentive and helpful
-It's a dead end so there's not much traffic noise
-My apt was bright and spacious
-The grounds are nice to walk around
-Parking was very easy, plenty of space
-Pretty safe-feeling community

Cons:
-Can hear loud squeaking when upstairs neighbors walk around, can hear their phones ring, can hear every word they say, not to mention if neighbors play music, watch tv, or have people over. It's loud since there's no noise insulation between units... (even on the sides) and the floorboards are so squeaky. This is the main reason for a low rating.
-Was stressful to have pets here since maintenance enters units extremely frequently for required random upkeep on weekdays
-Noise from leaf blowers and mowers very frequently
-Expensive
-Mostly views of parking lots and other apt buildings unless you're lucky to get one facing trees

Best place I’ve ever lived. The property manager is insanely sweet and kind, always willing to help out and do what she can. Also the maintenance crew comes and helps me out ASAP.

I can have my dogs here and they are always making improvements to their buildings to make them bigger and more efficient. My daughter and dogs love their big balcony and our spacious apartment. Could never imagine finding a better apartment complex.
