Infinity Edgewater

I have lived at the property for 2 years and will say that it is not a true luxury building. Yes, it has a gym, sauna and dog park but the building itself is never cleaned properly. Elevators are never wiped down or half cleaned. The only clean areas are where the staff and management frequent. Entry carpets and walls are always dirty, garage areas NEVER swept or cleaned, lower level parking area is always disgusting with trash bins blocking where you pull and out and equipment blocking doors... used to walk in and out of the area.

The building hallways often smell of marijuana and tenants constantly smoke in their units although it is a non-smoking build. Appliances are cheap and often break. Dishwasher doesn't get dishes clean and elevators are often broken.

Concierge is really useless and don't do much and some cant even answer a single question when asked about the property.

If you want to live in true luxury, I'd recommend another property. Yes, you can't expect everything to be perfect but this property can be a lot better if maintained properly. Read More

Pretty straightforward….I have lived here for a little over one year and have had two bikes stolen from the garage. The most recent theft occurred when someone cut my bike lock and stole my $1200 bike. This place is a joke and completely unsafe
