The rent keeps increasing and the service keeps decreasing. So many cars keep getting stolen and the leasing office or property manager wouldn't even speak with residents. Sunrise Drive, Horizon Drive have been vulnerable to car thefts and no safety or security for residents is being considered.
Apartments at this point are also no longer safe.

There is termites all over my apartment and black ants coming our from kitchen. I complained to the maintenance department and its been one week no one showed up yet. Me and my family clean termites everyday and we are frustrated. The apartments are not clean and there are termites all over the place, this is extremely dangerous and not health friendly. We called 10 times but no one show up, they didnt even came to clean up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The cleanliness and health… is the main priority, they want to charge ridiculous rent and than provide unhealthy apartments and then not fix. Stay away from this place. They should be ashamed of themselves and give some rent off of all the hard work me and my family is doing. When it comes to rent they will send you letters and call you and now no one wants to help fix it.
