HORRIBLE
Horrible place to live. People steal your packages. The washing & drying machines take your money but then don’t work. Outlets don’t work. Elevator barely works. Windows are broken. Rodents and roaches everywhere.

RUN WHILE YOU CAN
I lived at 14 north Ave for a year and it was a complete nightmare. From the weird smell when entering the building, the rats the flock outside because the massive loads of garbage, ROACHES AND BED BUGS! THEY CLIMB UP THE DRAINS IN HIDE IN THE CRACKS. RUN !

Quiet Enviornment
My building is very quiet, the area is nice many different areas to visit. Many stores and restaurants, the view is nice a lot to see.
