Absolutely horrible landlord and management

Carey, the landlord, is an awful person. Back in August of 2016, I noticed a stench coming from a hole in my bathroom closet. Something had died in there, and I had to talk to Carey and the super three times before they came to investigate. All they did was cover up the hole with a piece of plywood. It was no surprise when I had several hundred flies in my apartment two weeks later. I left shortly after that incident because the landlord refused to fumigate. He said the mosquito problem was... caused by me, the tenant, therefore he didn't have to call an exterminator. I was living in filth for a complete month, and I lost my work from home job because I couldn't work with a bunch of flies attacking me all day!

I lived at the complex for two years, always paid my rent on time, and respected the staff and neighbors. The people who live here are wonderful, but sadly the management team is awful. Carey is a perfect example of a trust fund kid. He inherited the property from his parents and has tarnished West Grand Court's image.
