Tenant

If you're looking for a nice home without any issues, I suggest keep looking.
Unless you like living with some creatures like roaches or in some cases, rats. And don't worry, "property manager" won't call bug control to get rid of it.

No real attendance to customer service.

Not all property's fault but very noisy environment dealing with a busy street.
