The description of the amenities is inaccurate.

There are no granite countertops in my apartment. No fireplace, no stainless steel appliances, no breakfast concierge anywhere, and the management sucks. They barely plow and salt the parking lot in the winter and I've been trying to get them to come and repaint my bathroom for months. You're better off in another building.
