Don't move here

The nonstop leaks that are never fixed. The rats run around the apartments at night. management is utterly awful and rude maintenance men just standing around the lobby and back area shouting at each other or mingling with tenants blasting music and don't fix or clean anything! There are roaches and flies in all the laundry rooms which are disgusting and never cleaned properly this building is a joke not worth the headache

Awesome apartment in an awesome part of Elizabeth

Great Aesthetics in the the front and the lobby. I have a newly renovated apartment, that is up to date and NEW appliances!! The best one is my very own washer and dryer inside my very own Apartment. I love it. The area is beyond great, SO ACCESSIBLE , market, post office, doctors, schools, holy places and etc and great people around to have a nice walk with your kids or pets etc. Marian was so professional and so quick to work with , I am glad I applied here. :)

MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE

I moved in during COVID and it was very peaceful, the building is okay the main floor is renovated but they didn’t renovate any other part of the building you CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF MANAGEMENT after they got my first months rent they never responded to me again Cristali from leasing is horrible!! Attitude is disgusting, I’ve gotten 2 packages stolen within two days and no one cares! They just say “it happens ppl walk in off the street and steal packages” WHY ON EARTH ARE THEY ABLE TO GET IN THE… BUILDING????? It feels horrible living somewhere where you feel like you can’t have things delivered to! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !! They get you with the “everything included” but it’s not worth it I should’ve moved out after my first year
