Fair Lawn Promenade

We had the pleasure of living at Fair Lawn Promenade for two years. Both Robyn and Troy went above and beyond during our stay and it was evident when moving in that they both truely care about the residents living there. The apartments are beautiful and well kept and the location is great! We only wish we could have stayed longer but a job opportunity relocated us.

The building has very friendly neighbors, which is the first thing you notice. The apartment has all we are looking for moving from a house. Modern dishwasher; washer; dryer; oven/stove; microwave.
Walking distance to the train station. Easy to get to the highway.
Great location.

We sold our house and moved into Fair Lawn in May 2015. This apartment is more then I ever expected. It almost feels like living in a hotel. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 (large) bathroom apartment which is large and spacious. The windows make the apartment feel light and airy. We have a balcony off our bedroom, which is wonderful to sit and have coffee or just to sit and relax. The apartment management is grand-very friendly and helpful.If something does not work or there is an issue in the apartment,… the superintendent is right on it and ehlpful. They are always there to help and answer questions. Everyone is assigned at least 1 parking spot and there are plenty of unassigned parking spots, no need to worry about where to park your car. There are 2 buildings in the complex our building has a community room that can be used to play cards, sit and socialize etc. The other building holds an exercise room and pool room. There is a concierge in the buildings to accept packages and to let visitors up to apartments. There is a Starbucks, Cups, several small restaurants within walking distance of the apartments because they are all in the complex. We are off of Route 208 and very close to shopping on Route 4 and 17. The people renting are very friendly. I am glad we chose to live here and not somewhere else. Read More
