Poor management

Management does nothing to fix your issues… been complaining about an upstairs neighbor and they do nothing

Terrible Management - Such a shame

The apartments are ok - the main problems with the rental is the management. Many of the units have leaks that have been there for years - management refuses to pay to have them fixed properly and instead relies on a 1 person maintenance team to do the occasional "fix".

Also, if you ever submit any kind of request or try to call the leasing/administrative offices for help - the person in charge is Paola, who is EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. She goes out of her way to not help tenants (you… can feel free to ask anyone in the building).

(Helpful tip - Paola's husband runs a towing company, and she makes money having him tow residents that park in the parking lot in visitor spots after hours or in spots that they were not assigned...EVEN THOUGH THERE'S PLENTY OF PARKING. You can't make this stuff up - I would stay away if I were you.)

520 Views- Happy To Call It Home!

520 Views is truly a gem of a place to call home. Since moving in back in August 2020, I have experienced nothing but exceptional service from the property manager and the entire team. A special shoutout goes to Paola, whose dedication and responsiveness have truly set this community apart. Whether it's answering questions or addressing any issues that may arise, Paola goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction.

Paying rent at 520 Views is a breeze, and the process of opening… maintenance tickets is seamless via a portal, not to mention the Butterfly App that makes welcoming family/friends/deliveries in way easier. The overall experience of living here has been nothing short of wonderful, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this my home.

Also I must add since moving here, the amenities have saved me money from gym membership fees to water parks. The pool/jacuzzi are my favorite in the summer time.

The food in the area is so diverse and accessible, the neighborhood is safe. I look forward to many more years at 520 Views. If you are looking for a place that offers top-notch service, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend considering 520 Views.
