Love living at Palisades Gardens Apts.

I have been living at the Palisades Gardens Apartments for a long time. Needless to say, I love my apartment it is quiet, sunny and very cozy

I love the beautiful neighborhood where I go for daily walks or just sit in the park.

The Property Manager and the Super are both professional, respectful and always helpful.
When I have a maintenance issue, I place a call to the Manager and/or the Super and someone always calls back promptly, makes a date and repairs are handle without delay.

The… building is kept clean and well maintained.

I know many of my current neighbors as well as new neighbors are very happy and satisfied living at the Palisades Gardens Apartments.

A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE

I have been a long-time resident of Palisade Garden Apts., mainly due to the pride and care as reflected in the upkeep of the property. My experience has always been positive. The service is exceptional. Requests for repairs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Hallways are cleaned weekly. The attractive lawns and grounds are well maintained throughout the year. The management office as well as the superintendent and staff are always polite and accommodating.
Palisade Garden… Apartments has always been known in town as a good place to live.

Ready to give up my lease

Management is terrible i call them it takes days for them to come. People make complaints and they send letters and warnings out instead of coming to see if there even a problem in the first place. Apartment was refurbished but found mold in my kitchen sink. Disgusted with these people only been here 5 months of my lease and having the hardest time calling this home.

Palisade Gardens

Our apartment is located in a garden apartment complex. It has beautifully landscaped lawns and private parking for residents. Off street parking is available for guests. New renters are treated to newly renovated apartments featuring newly varnished floors, all new stainless steel appliances, tile backsplahs in the kitchen and a newly tiled bathroom. NJ Transit and jitney bus stop is right infront of the building. The complex is in close proximity to two elementary schools and the town middle… school. There is quick access to several grocery stores and large retail stores located in town and in neighboring towns. The town is a culinary treat with cuisine from all over the world located a stone toss from the front door.
