Westgate Apartments

I moved here recently and every thing went very well. Apartment was nice and clean. Raquel and Janice are awesome, were very helpful with my moving in. They even helped me to get some of the furniture and accessories I needed for the apartment. I have my own parking spot where no one else can park even there is enough space for a guest to park along, so convenient. Overall I am very satisfied and happy.

Previous tenants must've been gross. This place has roaches. I asked for a reimbursement of a few weeks because the cabinets were literally covered in roach poop and there was a roach polyurethane-d to the floor. Now I still get the heeby-jeebies any time I see movement out of the corner of my eye. If you're thinking about renting here, please be sure to ask about the state of the specific apartment you will be renting. The two stars are for Eddie, who I always see running around doing work.

Neighbor has party and keeps very loud music on every weekend, from early afternoon until past midnight. The noise exceeds the limit allowed in Hackensack.
Apartment management is not on site, and very difficult to reach to. Talked with apartment management once but there is no improvement. There is no reply to any emails.

I moved in 3 months ago and I love my apartment. I have a parking spot right by my apartment and it is my own parking spot. I never have to worry. Nobody else can park there.. I love it! The laundry room is fine. Frank is and friendly and helpful. Mary is awesome! She really helped me with everything. I have no complaints. My friend came over to visit and she is now going to move here too. My neighbors are friendly and made me feel welcome. I'm very happy here.
