Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the management of this apartment building. When something breaks, they do not properly repair or replace it. Their so-called “repairs” are usually just temporary smearing rather than real fixes. When it comes to replacing broken items, nothing ever gets done. Management is extremely cheap and shows no care for the needs or feelings of their tenants.
According to the contract, two-bedroom apartments are entitled to two parking spaces, and one-bedroom apartments get... one. In reality, after 6 p.m. it is almost impossible to find parking. Tenants in one-bedroom apartments are allowed to pay for an additional parking space, but tenants in two-bedroom apartments are not given that option, which is completely unfair.
The laundry room is another major issue. Management rarely cleans it occasionally sweeping with a broom and maybe dusting the machines once a month. The walls, windows, and tables are never cleaned, no matter how dirty and unhygienic they become. Despite this, management regularly sends notices demanding that tenants keep the laundry room clean, while they themselves fail to do any proper cleaning.
Overall, management is contradictory, unfair, and neglectful. We have lived here for many years, and nothing has i mprovedonly gotten worse over time.
