I was the very first tenant in this building over three years ago and my experience has since changed. In the past, this place had a better manager. Philip was great with customer service and always went above and beyond. We miss him! The new manager, Eric, very much nickel-and-dimes you while sending out emails mentioning he’s a realtor and asking for your business.

The worst part of all is my recent experience with my dishwasher. The first time it broke, they sent a repairman. The second time… it broke (two weeks later), they sent two repairmen back. The next day it broke again and at this time I’m frustrated and ask for a new dishwasher. “We’re not going to spend the money on a new dishwasher. If your sink broke, then we’d do something” is the response I got. Just rude and inconsiderate. Terrible customer service and here I am still waiting to wash my dishes while it broke for the 3rd time this month. Now they say wait over another week for the part, we’re not spending money to replace the dishwasher.

They also no longer replace the HVAC filters for you with the new manager and say it is now the tenant’s responsibility. The new manager also now charges monthly fees to extend your lease, if it is an extension of less than 12 months. This place is by far the worst place ever. They don’t even want to help a military family out. And will not approve you if you don’t have a 650. And if you had a bankruptcy even if you had it discharged you can forget it. My husband and I made more than 3 times the rent amount and they still wouldn’t approve us. Phillip told us he would help us and makes the final decisions. Obviously a complete lie.
