Generally good, but floor is not sound proof. I can hear people walking heavily from above. At sleeping time, it is ok because above unit also sleep.

Great location. Responsive maintenance team. We have a gym within the building. However, don’t expect many community activities. People live here respect each other, you barely hear any noises from your neighbors. Leasing office is not as good as the old days - many times no one is in the office during the operation hours.

We also want to clarify our leasing office availability. Our hours of operation are... Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. As we are currently a one-person onsite team, there may be times when the office is unattended during operating hours due to tours, package logging, or walking the property. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is perfect — the commute is super convenient, and it only takes less than 1 hour to get anywhere I need to go in the city. The manager is very friendly and always quick to help whenever something comes up. The apartment itself is spacious (over 700 square feet!), clean, and comfortable. Plus, it’s just a short walk to several grocery stores, which makes daily life so easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living... experience!
