Great Place To Live!

I've lived here for almost 2 years and have been very happy so far! Spacious apartment, well kept grounds, quiet environment. Also close to restaurants, transportation, shopping, etc.. And the staff from the main office to maintenance are top notch! Always friendly, attentive and accommodating. Just awesome!

Love it here!

I never heard of Hi-Nella before moving here but it's a great little town, and even though the apartment is a little small, the rent is reasonable and the staff is great. The grounds always look great, and anytime I need service they're right on top of it. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good inexpensive place to live.

Excellent place to call home!

The Village at Hi-Nella is in my opinion a great place to live. This apartment community is affordable, comfortable and I'm happy to call this community my home. Theresa and her staff in my opinion do a great job. To be transparent I'm not well off, I'm a working middle aged person making ends meet. Theresa was very understanding, very flexible and understanding. She helped me get into a great apartment at a reasonable price. Everyone has an opinion and everyone is at a different stage… of life, the other reviews reflect that. The Village at Hi-Nella is a great place to live and worth your time to inquire about. Corsa Management is in my opinion a great property management company.

Unacceptable

I lived here for 7 years. The school district is horrible. So if you have children, definitely reconsider. I've seen many people come and go. Do to the continue increase in rent with no upgrades. Many have complained how they rip off your security deposit. Well they got me too... for senseless things. $100 to replace a damaged towel rack?! Run and run fast! The maintenance crew are as lazy as they come but they didn't hesitate to add anything they could find which is considered normal… wear and tear after 7 years. Come on.... Don't waste your time

Must to Avoid

This place is deceitful, unclear about the costs, and unclean. The washer and dryer areas are especially bad. But the basic issue is a general misrepresentation about the costs. They control your heat. Beware of that as winter comes. There is mold that is simply painted over and that is a health concern. Just a very disappointing place to be.
