SMALL BUT COZY

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR GOING ON 14 YRS.THESE APARTMENTS HAVE CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT, THERE IS A SWIMMING POOL , TENNIS COURT BBQ PITS A BASEBALL FIELD AND A DECK HOCKY RINK. IT IS LOCATED ON A BUS LINE AND CLOSE TO SHOPING, IT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED BETWEEN PHILLY AND ATLANTIC CITY.EVERYTHING IS EASILY ACCESSABLE WITHIN A FEW MILES OR CLOSER. IT IS VERY CONVIENENTLY LOCATED TO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU NEED.

Hidden Gem!

My fiancé and I moved to Jefferson Village in February. We found out that they offer one and two bedroom units; some that are "upgraded" and others that are stuck in the 70's. We opted to not spend the extra money on an upgraded unit in hopes that we would only be residing in Jefferson Village for the length of one year. On move-in day we were overjoyed to find that our kitchen cabinets had been updated. The neighbors are all so welcoming and kind. I am kicking my self that we did not opt for… the upgraded unit, which would have given us newly updated bathroom, and kitchen with newer appliances and a dishwasher! (What I wouldn't do for a dishwasher after hand-washing dishes for the last 6 months). Now I an kicking myself for not moving into the upgraded unit, because if we had, we would probably stay for several years. Anyway, this is a great place to start out for first time renters, very safe and well maintained complex filled with nice people.

I wanted a large deluxe apartment.

I stopped in to talk to the office staff about getting an apartment for my dog and myself, and was told that she was too big and too pit bull looking. I was very disappointed because I know two people that live there and are very happy. I wish things could have worked out, I am still looking for a place, but now I will have to rent privately I suppose. I am a home owner, and very responsible, but I guess that doesn't count for much anymore.
