Only one working elevator. Out of 3. Package situation is an absolute mess. They use toxic harass smelling overwhelming cleaning products that gives me headaches and refuse to simply change products to healthy ones. Which would be best for all residents. Management often non-responsive. Lobby is now dangerous construction area with indefinite delays on if/when it might be finished.

We’ve been living at 1000 Jefferson as a family with two children, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is modern, well maintained, and family-friendly. The apartments are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is consistently helpful and responsive. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, with parks, schools, and everyday conveniences close by. We truly enjoy calling 1000 Jefferson our home and would highly recommend it to other families.

Helpful maintenance, clean building, and good amenities. However, the elevators are out of service frequently and the fees go up significantly each year you renew.

Elevator has not been working for months. They always fix each for a couple of hours and then it’s broken again. The pool was closed several times over the summer. The management is the very worst
