Worst property management
Property manager of this building is absolutely horrible and unresponsive in all communications. The building doesn’t look like the pictures posted- incredibly dirty with communal laundry that is $5 a load and the machines always break. Street floods every time it rains and you can’t leave your apartment and it smells horribly. The cherry on top is packages always are stolen too. Elevator has been broken for months too and no one will fix it. This place is a joke can’t believe they’re charging... this much in rent increase for this place.
