Do not live here, its one of the worst.
Rain pours through the lobby ceiling and elevator shaft-Trash shoot busted all the time-Garage door busted several times-Thin floors-Slamming heavy doors-Terrible management, noone answers the phone or responds to emails-The main maintenance man is condescending, angry, belittling-it was filthy, the shelves were falling off the walls-the dryer didn’t work-The burner on the stove blows itself out-paint so cheep it rubs of when you try to wipe the wall down-heat repeatedly shut off during the... winter-freezer door locked shut-They will blame you for everything -They will not return your security deposit

Extremely Poor Management
Great location and nice building but extremely poor management. The HVAC stops working frequently during winter, it gets freezing cold in the apartment, and it takes a long time for them to fix it. This kind of problem should be fixed once and for all so it doesn't happen frequently. The elevator smelled like dog urine for more than a week and it took multiple calls and maintenance requests for them to send someone to shampoo the elevator carpet.
