How Is This Rating Determined?

Overpriced and Always Broken

- Repairs are non-existent. Repairs that were suppose to be made years ago still are not done.
- They have a “green” hot water system which basically means its always broken so if you enjoy cold showers this may be the building for you.
- Packages get stolen from the lobby and mgmt does nothing to react.
- They market the building as “Luxury” but its far from it.
