We’ve settled in smoothly and appreciate the building’s welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained common areas. The management team has been responsive and helpful with every question or request. Living here has given us easy access to local amenities and a real sense of community. Overall, our move has felt seamless, and we look forward to making this space our home.

It’s a nice building, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
The pool area is big and you have a lot space to relax. The gym is more than enough for me.

Relatively new resident to VINE and we're loving it so far! The staff are all attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The various smaller features/amenities provide little boosts to quality of life, including the butterfly entrance app, package concierge, parking garage app, and especially the path station shuttle. The amenities themselves (terrace, pool, grills, gym, etc.) are also very nice. Although I do wish the gym had a few more items, like an ERG, pull up bar, or a single barbell. Maybe... in the future, they'll install a Tonal system or something. The units themselves are lovely, with the views being the signature feature. I especially enjoy the size and layout of the kitchen and the higher ceilings. As a loud talker however, I do wish the partition walls were built with a bit more effort towards acoustic dampening. All in all, I would happily recommend this building to a friend or colleague.

The apartments are nice and feature large windows, which provide ample natural light. However, the windows have poor insulation, resulting in significant heat loss and requiring constant heating throughout the winter months. Additionally, the maintenance services are inadequate, and management does not appear to take complaints seriously.
