I must say I'm very impressed with new management and the renovations of all the apartments. Job well done with the renovating..i love the new apartments there everything is new with stainless steal appliances

No Heat
Berkeley Terrace Apartments don't have no heat at all they only have slight Heat early in the morning what about night time when everybody's home they don't want to fix nothing at all

Poor living conditions at Berkeley Terrace Apartments
It is rat infested and many apartments contain mold and mildew. Ability to contact office is weak and response is poor.
