it had been great experience so far in this apartment. I believe the only important amenity missing in my apartment is an exhaust or chimney. Also, we can have a community meet up program bi-monthly. that can be good way to know the neighbors.

I've been living in this building for some time now, and overall, I really enjoy my experience here. The facilities are top-notch, and the community is friendly and welcoming. The amenities make day-to-day life convenient and enjoyable.

However, I have encountered one issue that I think needs addressing: the gap around the air conditioning unit. During the winter months, cold air tends to seep in from outside, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe closing that gap or improving... insulation would enhance the comfort of residents significantly.

Despite this minor setback, I’m overall very pleased with my living situation and would recommend this building to others!

3 Journal Square is a great building with good amenities. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The building is very well maintained. Accessibility wise the location is right next to groceries store and PATH station.
