50 Columbus

We've been dealing with an ongoing leak in our apartment since we moved in over a month ago and maintenance/management have been super slow at responding (once every few days or at least a week). They say different things and keep directing us back to each other's department. It has been unhelpful and a waste of time as we simply go in circles. Please do better.

I currently rent a 1-bedroom, 923-sq ft. apartment at 50 Columbus in Jersey City, NJ. On the whole, the building is very good. The amenities are more than adequate - having a resident lounge, pool, deck area, full-service gym, and parking (for an additional fee). The fit and finishes are also very good in the kitchen and bathroom. The staff is attentive and any maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently. Great location, one block from the path! There is a ton of natural light throughout the day thanks to the floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. The newly refinished deck area has a terrific pool that gets bright sun all day and has a great breeze that you don't feel at street level. The dog park is heaven for pups! The only downside is that the elevators are overcrowded, especially in the summer
