    Price vs. Convenience

    cons: Price is very high considering the amenities. Gym, parking are extra. Washer/dryer is shared each floor.

    pros: location! location! location! Close to PATH which leads to the city or Jersey. Newport Mall and grocery are right beside. Neighborhood is safe and has 24-hour on-site guard.
