not a smooth or pleasant check-in. did not have my parking pass or reservation ready. also my apartment's ceiling is making loud noises. That said the customer service was friendly and they all worked to accomidate me.

It’s been great so far. No complaints. Jersey city is awesome. Any issues in the apartment have been addressed immediately. Upkeep of the property is solid.

Everything about the apartment has been so great and the staff has been extremely helpful in assisting me in a timely manner. We have so much space in the apartment and the amenities are amazing!!

Don’t really know anyone in the building. Lots of community things outside like the farmers market and art market but nothing in the building itself
