I visited a friend and was impressed with the location, decor and space. My favorite restaurant is on the corner and it was easy to get to and from NYC. On top of the amenities, the staff is friendly and ready to assist. They welcomed us, they thanked us for visiting and even remembered our names. Adding to our decision to consider One Grove as our next Home. Looking forward to making it happen.

Living at One Grove has been an overall positive experience. The staff is extremely personable and communicative and there is definitely a sense of community being that it is a smaller building. Great amenities and a cleanly and safe environment. The experience has been very comfortable and pleasant.

The building itself has tons of issues - false alarm every month, water tank damage, crazy dog barking issues, etc. On top of that, the construction around the building is a major drawback. It often starts as early as 7 AM over the weekdays and is extremely loud. there are two large dogs on my floor, and I can hear them barking constantly when their owners aren’t home :(. If you’re a light sleeper or work from home, the combination of construction noise and barking dogs makes it difficult to... find peace and quiet here. FYI the leasing office cannot help with anything about the barking issue
