Terrible for the price

- elevators broke all the time
- mice infestation
- lack of management
- rent fees raising 20%
- very expensive for very little

Serious Water Issues at Portside - 8/17

I am a current resident at Portside. Be careful here.

Ask hard questions about water safety and quality in this building. Recurring problems for months: water backing up into sink (brackish, debris, stink); water pressure issues, making shower and dishwasher useless; water outages for sometimes hours. Oh, and no hot water, again. Like right now. Demand explanation and a current, independent test.

Big price for nothing

The pictures are very nice us usually but in fact ,it is very old and dyrty building. The garbage car is always wake you up at 6:20 am.The air conditions are very old and noise.

The towers have great views of lower Manhattan. Gym is dated, but useable.
