I am really looking forward to moving in at the beginning of the month .The apartment is great, the building is spotless .the kitchen is modern , the rooms are large ,with plenty of closet space . I was able to find all the amenities I'd been searching for . There is a gym, it contains all the basics to avoid paying a gym membership and have to commute to a gym.

I needed more space because of the new WFH world we live in, and the Ashton is perfect. I recently moved into a 2bed here, and it is leaps and bounds better and more affordable than my previous place that I rented at the top of the market in West Chelsea. I needed to have the separation of work and “off-time”, so I converted my second bedroom into my home office. The living room is a really fun layout and accommodates my unique vintage furniture (and the leasing agent is a mid century modern... fan, so it was fun to imagine myself in the space on the walkthrough before I signed my lease). Great team, great spaces and nice location to NY Metro. Cant wait to move-in.

My wife and I moved here last fall. Have had good experience with the onsite team. Working from home is tough being so close to liberty state park has been a lifesaver.

Love this place! Great leasing experience with Katherine and property management has been very responsive. Don’t go to gym as much as I should but love having it. Views of wtc from the terrace is great. Can’t wait to use the grills once weather warms up.
