We've lived at Warren at York for almost two years. We are very satisfied with the service and attention of the staff. The maintenance requests are always responded to promptly!

Apartment quality is great in terms of layout, square footage, closets, etc. Management is also very responsive to emails and feedback.

Helder and Mike are great, both professional and quick to respond. However, their hands are tied with multiple issues that fall in the hands of poor management. There’s only so much they can do. At this stage, maintenance has done all they can to address the ceiling leak that’s causing fire alarm alerts, banging in the walls that has persisted since we’ve moved in. There are flies mysteriously coming in from the windows that can’t be solved. Additionally, we’re on our second washer/dryer because... of the noise and gas smell that they emit. The leak needs to be fixed or else this apartment will be considered not livable for the next rainfall we have. Not to mention there is likely mold between the roof and our ceiling considering the first leak took months to be addressed. Samantha has given us 48 hours since yesterday around noon to determine whether we will break our lease or not. Because this is an unrealistic timeframe to find someplace to move to with an infant, I expect to hear back on when the multiple issues will be fixed, not patched up but actually fixed within this same 48 timeframe.
