Garbage

Please do not waste your time. New management came in and tore up the entire property. Completely disorganized and unprofessional You will never get a straight answer out of this new management company. They charge you fees just for the their own sake and don't care about providing optimal support.

Terrible

Lots of rush to raise the rent to ridiculous amounts but have absolutely 0 maintenance or any way to contact new management. Some apartments have stayed the same for 30+ years. They just “renovated” some empty ones to raise the rent but we have no way to contact anybody (not just the super) for a leak, a broken toilet, or a stove that won’t turn on. Everything is bad quality. Don’t live here, pay a little more and get a better place with more quality and real management.

Horrible

It’s the worst apartments I have seen no office no management if something breaks down they don’t fix it for you you have to spend your own money and get it fix I rather recommend not to move here they tell you all this bs and you have to clean your own snow in the winter and no parking space for your guest and neighbor very dirty and dirty laundry would not recommend anyone to move in here cheap people
