DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS. I submitted an application online for an apartment that was available... most apartments want an application fee, which I was aware of and paid but this company actually charges you a hold deposit at the time of applying, this is crazy because you're not even sure if you're approved for the apartment BEFORE they charge you an extra 500 DOLLARS. I reached out the next morning to have the deposit refunded because I found this distasteful. I called Joanne M. and… left a message, she reached out via email asking for all my card information which I finally sent and she went silent. I reached out several times again check if the refund was issued and she has yet to respond. I think its truly absurd to charge a holding deposit without approvals and then be so rude about a refund. Avoid the hassle and definitely don't apply if you don't have a minimum of $560 in your bank account

Worst apartment ever!!!!!!!

Living here is like living in hell! The walls are thin and you can hear everything the people are saying and doing next door. Cheap construction and very expensive$$$$$$$$$
If you want to be completely miserable and absolutely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication and very rude management this is the place for you!
