don't live here

This is THE WORST experience I’ve had living at an apartment complex. The staff try to make it appear as if they want to help but then nothing gets done. We’ve had issues with noise for months (banging hard enough to shake the walls!, loud music in the middle of the night) and have complained multiple times and nothing has been done. We had multiple leaks. Save yourself and DON’T LIVE HERE.

They give you hard time...

Been there 6 years and brought 2 tenants. Currently on month to month lease and gave them 5 weeks notice. I want to leave on November 6th but Yolanda wants full month rent in November while my friends who lived there with my reference was able to pay daily for extra days that they stayed. She doesn't want to give her manager email or phone number and treating us like ...

It is our understanding that the Property Manager did in fact speak with you and explained that our lease does not allow for "pay per day" extensions of a lease termination and that the "deal"… was not given to your referral when they vacated their apartment either. Our leases clearly state that they begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. If you work during the night do not I repeat do no move here

If you a light sleeper do not move here . You can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing and every conversation. If you like your privacy promise you this apartment ain’t for you

Beautiful place to call home

The leasing and application process was smooth, the staff is friendly and professional, especially Sylvia. The entire campus is emmaculate, and the apartment is modern and very clean.
