You will be very pleased to live here
Towne Gardens is an excellent place to live and have children as well. Very spacious units, quiet, clean and fresh grounds, as they really put alot into the landscaping. Been here for a few years and there has not been any issues that have needed repair. They are very timely with just checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. The neighbors are great people and there is a feeling of calm, well being and safety. The landlord, Angel, is exceptional and a really great person, him and his... family. The rent amount is definitely worth paying because there are things included that you will not find elsewhere in the area.

Excellent location and townhomes
Wonderful place to live, as easy to walk downtown to restaurants/cafes or hiking at Giralda Farms/Loantaka Park. I commute to NYC by the Boxcar Bus and NJ Transit & it is an easy commute. Our townhome is remodeled and everything is working great. Our neighborhood is friendly and it's quiet and safe. Happy we were able to get this place.

Great place to live
Towne Gardens is great with a well kept property and great access to community amenities. Very thankful for Angel De Leon who is always helpful and very responsive any time there is a problem with the apartment. Could not ask for a better place to live!
