The move in process was great and seamless. Lori was very helpful in providing all of the information needed prior to signing the lease. Very responsive to emails and even called to provide additional information.

My application fee is being waived for writing this review! A perk that comes with moving in at Gardens of Maplewood along with the spacious apartments here. Kanika was very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every detail in her responses via emails and calls. Answered all of my questions. Glad to have chosen this place as my first apartment in NJ.

If you are looking for a short-term lease option, consider the Gardens at Maplewood. Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, we needed to be able to move into an apartment without committing to a 1-year lease. Living at the Gardens gave us that option. Plus, the extra premium for short-term leases was waived due to COVID, so rent was offered at a more affordable rate than other short-term lease options. Additionally, they offer 1 bedroom with den apartments (cheaper than a 2 bedroom, but... provides an extra room for a roommate!)

We went on a tour for this property. The wood finishes and space was beautifully done! I love wood floors. Also during this whole experience Lily has been so amazing. She answered my any questions and emails! So far so good with this property. We were even able to get the application fee waived by submitting a review which was An extra bonus! I really enjoyed her tour and her great personality. It’s a great area too. Nice and family friendly.
