Eagle Rock Apartments at Hicksville & Jericho

I live in a One Bedroom, the layout and size are very nice. I lived on Jericho side and, certainly prefer living on Hicksville side now. I would recommend living here. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

If you live here, prepare yourself to have a lot of visitors every night
Some night we would have 2/3 running in the apartment
I do clean and vacuum everyday, take the garbage out and i would here them and see them again

Very overpriced, many hidden fees that will get tacked on several times per year and will raise rent every year by extraordinary amounts. Leasing office staff is rude. On a positive note, the location is great in terms of proximity to LIRR, mall, grocery store, restaurants, and the highway.

Lived here 37 years because I felt it was a safe place and close to grocery store, mall and Long Island Expressway.

Great location for it's proximity to markets, restaurants, department stores and a shopping mall. Major highways are three blocks away and the LIRR is in walking distance. This building has both one and two bedroom apartments. There are many buildings in the complex and some are handicap-accessible. Landscaping is well-maintained. The private parking lots and roads are well-cleared after snowfall. The neighborhood is very diverse and the families are getting younger. It's zoned for the Jericho... school district and my kid got an excellent education. The rent is expensive and rises yearly. We're charged separately for sewer usage and real estate tax (both yearly). Getting more and more difficult to get repairs/maintenance done in the apartment. Read More
