Willow Ridge Village Apartments

I lived at Willow Ridge for 3 years. Frankly if I didn't have to move out of town for work reasons I would have stayed much longer. The grounds are kept regularly. Never a problem with snow removal in the winter. Location is literally the best out of all apartments in the area (even higher end luxury apartments don't hold location on them.) There is a sidewalk you can walk over to Rastelli Market in minutes, It only takes 2 minutes to drive over to the Promenade for shopping, and Target is... right across the street. Their pool is well kept in the summer, and the gym is conveniently located next to the pool. Living at Willow Ridge in the summer time feels like living on vacation. The staff was so helpful and very considerate. Mary in the office is a sweetheart and always helped me when I needed anything. I have lived with Willow Ridge Village for a year.
The maintenance was wonderful and was executed in a timely fashion.
The snow removal was great as well. The complex was not noisy and the overall appearance was fine.

HOWEVER, We had neighbors who had the police called on them constantly for disturbance.
The yellow lighting at night gives the complex an overall eerie feeling.
And when giving our 60 days notice, the apartment manager was rude and snippy since her office was getting ready to... close.
She also did not tell us we needed to give her written notice when we were in the office or we would have been happy to write something then and there.

The Willowridge Apartments/Westover Companies then charged us $36.33 for every day that we were late with a written costing additional charges that added up to over $200. A shady move at best, when calling asking where in writing does it say that you will charge a proration they simply replied 60 days is 60 days. The staff is very friendly, readily available and maintenance issues, if any, are addressed promptly. I like that it is very quiet and peaceful and the lay out of the buildings give privacy. Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants also a plus. Fitness center and pool are well maintained as are the grounds. Winding sidewalks in rear courtyard for those after dinner walks make this the perfect place to call home.

The apartment complex is very taken care of and so were my roommate and I when we first moved in. The staff was amazing to us and we love our apartment .

I have lived at Willow Ridge Village Aoartments for 5 years now and I love everything about it! It is quiet, clean and very well maintained. Everyone in the office is frirndly and profesdional. Great location. Beautiful in every way!
