Lived here for 6 years

I love living here at The Claremont House. Its prewar features are very hard to come by but they did a great job mixing the antique features with modern features. I love the laundry room and garden with the grill.

Not great

Super is pretty good. Many issues with the building he cannot fix himself though.
And there’s mice.

Decent But You Can Find Better

Actual apartment is decent. The super is quick to respond. Good location. Be careful though, management apparently doesn’t need to disclose a fee before charging you!
