I spoke with Lourdes to schedule a viewing of an apartment at one of their properties in Orange, New Jersey. The day of the viewing, Lourdes called to reconfirm the appointment, and when I finally met with her, I found her to be as professional and helpful as she was on the phone. The unit I saw was beautiful, and the property itself looked well maintained. Unfortunately, I was not able to take it. Lourdes, however, advised me of another property they have in the same area and I will be meeting... with her again to view that unit. Ms. Doris was wonderful with our move out from apartment 307. She gave amazing customer service from the beginning of this process.

Honestly I have to say I have had no issues so far when it comes this the apartment the leasing agent Aaliyah, has been so helpful and kind throughout this process she’s literally is the best.

I am advising that no one’s rents from this property because I am living here and every month my packages are stolen!!! They keep back door and front doors open for strangers ! A guy that does not live here is here every night in the lobby on his phone and early in the morning he as a chair where he sits in the front of the building!!! It’s such a shame because the people who works in the office does nothing about it ! Oh and if you miss you rent 5 days they put a late fee on it and every year... they increase rent and don’t improve nothing in your apartment!! Read More

It's horrible here . they do nothing and , charge for everything . you have to pay to park and , since I've been living here my car has been broken into SEVERAL times. My packages are stolen , I have to mail them to a family members house! they do not care , I'm told " we are not security". If you have another option TAKE IT !!!
