I consistently have no hot water. Makes it impossible to wash a dish in the kitchen if I dont want to use the dishwasher which means I consistently have no hot water for my shower. This is at least 2 times a week per week per month.
* Plus the ice maker in the community room has not worked in at least 6 months.
* The packages are a mess - making another room for it will not resolve that no one manages the packages and they are all over the place. Perhaps a cubby per unit would help.

To ensure the issue is properly addressed, we ask that... you submit all work orders through the resident portal so our maintenance team can respond promptly.
Regarding the community room ice maker, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will also have out maintenance team take a look. As for the package situation, we hear your concerns and agree that the current system needs improvement. We are in the process of converting the current leasing office into a dedicated and organized package room to help ensure residents can easily locate their deliveries.
