The building and apartments are overall well-maintained. However, after several years of residency, I have noticed a few recurring issues that could benefit from improvement. The elevators breakdown each year, the package area is often disorganized, and the intercom system is outdated and unreliable. Additionally, the new office staff can come across as rude, unapproachable, and communication via email is often delayed or goes unanswered.

We truly appreciate your long-term residency and understand how frustrating it can be when certain issues, like elevator... breakdowns, occur—especially when they are often ou tside of our direct control.
We want to assure you that we are continually working to improve the living experience for all residents. For example, in response to concerns about package management, we have planned to transition the leasing office into a designated package room to help create a more organized and secure system.
