Elmwood Gardens

I lived here for over three years. The grounds are well kept. My apartment was renovated before I moved in and they invested in upkeep of the building overall, such as redoing the hall carpets, paint, and lighting to keep it looking fresh. Maintenance is fantastic. They come immediately for even the smallest thing. It’s also a great location: relatively quiet street while very close to both the green and the train station.

Living at Elmwood Gardens was such a great experience. It is so close to downtown and you have the absolute best Super in all of Morristown - Zack is truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. He fixed every work order that we placed within 24-48 hours. As someone who knew absolutely nothing about home care and maintenance, he felt like such a great safety net when anything was broken, and I am just truly so glad to have met him.

I've lived in Elmwood Gardens for six years and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. First of all, the location is INCREDIBLE- walking distance to everything in downtown Morristown but also on the 'quieter' side of town. Everyone that visited raved about my Elm Street location. The apartment building landlord is extremely personable and if I had any issues with my apartment they were always resolved within a reasonable amount of time. I could not be more thrilled with my experience living at Elmwood Gardens the last 4+ years. The building is located on a beautiful residential street that is accessible to all of the popular restaurants, shops, bars, train, and other attractions in Morristown. The management team has always been exceptionally responsive and accommodating and keeps the apartment well-maintained. I lived at Elmwood Gardens Apartments for 3 years and it was a phenomenal experience. Zak the landlord is awesome and will get to any issues you have as soon as they come up. The apartment complex is always clean and the location in Morristown is awesome. I would highly recommend staying at Elmwood Gardens or any property tun by De Mattheis Investments.
