Good overall experience with standard amenities, like gym, library, event hall and swimming pool during the summer. Interesting selection of events organized by the helpful staff. The building is well maintained.

Great place to live. The building is nice and clean and very well maintained. The staff is very courteous It has a pretty good gym and summers are really nice because the outdoor pool is on the rooftop.

I had a good stay at Quincy New Brunswick for the past two years. Maintenance was reliable and responsive, and the amenities were well maintained. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I had a positive experience here.

Love this building it’s so pretty and cozy, the garage is a risk for robbery but they don’t own it. Roe is cool a little serious sometimes but overall cool. Maintenance guys are great and love their job a request gets solved asap, no bugs if you’re clean, packages are pretty safe
