Love this place so much, the people and vibe are fantastic
And such a great location, next to the new CVS and recently opened superstore of Seabras

This building is a mess, the third floor is always dirty, there is no rule so people party almost every day until dawn, you hear everything in the four, there’s no sound proof between the walls, the elevator sometimes doesn’t work , the parking door doesn't work, whoever wants to go in and out of the building, has no security, has no one to ask for help or complain about, I sent several emails to the person who rented to us and he doesn't answer, he doesn't answer the phone, I did request for... some repairs to the apartment and it was never done.

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Living in this building is a complete nightmare.
We move at first because of the beautiful windows and view, but nobody told us or even alerted us about a new building literally in front of all my windows.
After 2 months they started and we do not have peace anymore, the noise is insane every single day even weekends ??
We ask to move out but we have a year contract.
We sent emails and nobody answers.
The elevator is always out of work.
There’s no... security everyone can enter from the garage gate which is always not working and stay open for hours sometimes night time, so people who doesn’t rent the parking enter and park in your Parking space and you can’t do anything because there’s no one who you can count on.
I really wish this year pass faster so we can move out to a peaceful place. Read More
